Categories	Uses
Bulk carriers	Bulk carriers are used to transport bulk items such as iron ore or food staples, and similar cargo. In FY2010, JES delivered twelve bulk carrier vessels – seven units of 37,500 DWT, four of 79,800 DWT and one of 80,000 DWT.
Containerships	Containerships are used to transport all forms of general cargo that can be placed in containers. JES has a track record in building containerships of up to 1,108 TEUs. With the added capabilities from our new facilities, we are now able to construct containerships of up to 11,000 TEUs.
Ocean engineering vessels	Ocean engineering vessels mainly refer to support and supply vessels that are used in the offshore oil sector and offshore construction building works. The Group has successfully delivered three revolving crane vessels with lifting capacity of 1,000 tonnes, 2,500 tonnes and 4,000 tonnes, respectively.
Oil Tankers	Oil tankers are designed for bulk transportation of crude oil and refined petroleum products. JES’ existing order book comprises three 85,000 LTDW crude oil tankers. The Group is equipped with capabilities to build oil tankers of up to 300,000 DWT.
