Jiangsu Eastern successfully delivered the "Hua Tian Long," a salvage barge with a revolving crane with a lifting capacity of 4,000 tonnes, to Guangzhou Salvage Bureau of the Ministry of Transport. We believe that this was one of the largest crane vessels in Asia at the time it was launched.

Jiangsu Eastern completed a T-shape cargo barge of 78,000 DWT for Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., the largest ocean engineering vessel exported by the Group as of 30 June 2007. |

Jingjiang Sumec was renamed as Jiangsu Eastern.
Jiangsu Eastern successfully completed the "Little Swan," a floating crane barge with a lifting capacity of 2,500 tonnes, which, we believe, was one of the largest vessels of this type in Asia at the time of its delivery.

(33.31%), the Trade Union (21.30%), Jiangsu Yangtze River Shipyard Co., Ltd. (14.23%), Jingjiang Administrative Bureau of State-owned Assets (6.31%), our Controlling Shareholder (5.14%) and other individuals (19.71%). |

Jingjiang Jointly-Run Shipyard was renamed Jingjiang Ship Engineering and expanded the range of vessels it built to crane barges, bulk carriers, containerships and ocean engineering vessels, with its customers mainly coming from Hong Kong, Singapore and other South-east Asian countries. |

Jingjiang Jointly-Run Shipyard was established, and our Controlling Shareholder, founder of our Group and current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Jin Xin, was appointed the plant manager of the Jingjiang Jointly-Run Shipyard.
Jingjiang Jointly-Run Shipyard began building deep sea fishing boats and oil product tankers used in rivers. |

The predecessor of Jiangsu Eastern, Jingjiang No. 2 Shipyard, was established by Jingjiang County Transportation Bureau as a collectively-owned enterprise to engage in shipbuilding, ship repair and ship breaking. |
